PlentyOdds provides an AI-powered sports prediction platform that generates betting coupon codes for use on third-party sportsbook platforms. The Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including laws regarding online betting and gambling. PlentyOdds does not operate as a sportsbook or bookmaker.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@plentyodds.com of any unauthorized use of your account. PlentyOdds will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Credits & Payments

Access to prediction generation features requires credits purchased through the Service. All credit purchases are processed via our payment partners and are subject to their terms.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. There is no expiry on purchased credits. They remain in your account until used. PlentyOdds reserves the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time. Changes to pricing will be communicated in advance and will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Service or its underlying AI models.
• Reselling, licensing, or sublicensing access to the Service or any prediction outputs to third parties without express written permission from PlentyOdds.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Sharing account credentials with others or creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

Sports betting involves inherent financial risk. PlentyOdds provides AI-generated predictions based on statistical models and historical data, but does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any prediction, booking code, or other output generated by the Service. Past win rates are not indicative of future results. You accept full responsibility for any betting decisions you make based on information from the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlentyOdds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PlentyOdds in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
